Quality Served Fast (QSF) became a Wendy’s franchisee in 1995. Our flagship location opened in Dallas, Pa on my sister’s birthday, February 16, 1996.

Thanks to the high standards and consistency of our team, we established a reputation for being the best in the Back Mountain. This operational execution earned our restaurant National recognition, with Wendy’s founder, Dave Thomas awarding our location as the best in the northeast region. Our General Manager, Melinda Watts, accepted these awards three years in a row, at Wendy’s National Conventions.

Dallas Store Build

We have always believed in supporting the community that supports us. We established early relationships with the Red Cross, our local schools and the Children’s Service Center in Wilkes-Barre. We instilled on our staff that our success would be based on getting our customers to feel so good about us that they felt guilty going any where else. We still believe that.

Here we are, 25 years later, QSF operates 10 locations throughout northeastern Pennsylvania. We have grown because our customers trust us. We support our neighborhoods and stay involved locally and we’ve brought Wendy’s Wonderful Kid’s foster care adoption programs to our market.
